I put this unit on my helmet the same day I received it and now use it on many long trips (5+ hours straight). I'm impressed with the sound quality. I had an older SENA system and really find this unit easier to use. You have to get used to the feeling of where the keys are. I've taken numerous calls while driving and people tell me I speak loud and clear. The volume is adjusted so that the eardrum does not burst, but loud enough. Also consider how loud your helmet is. I am generally impressed with this inexpensive device. Let's see how long it lasts.
