I was kinda expecting it to be powder coated metal but sorry I didn't read the description carefully. They're lightweight but feel solid, if not as rigid as I'd like: my PS4 controller and Sony MDR-7506 wired headphones tilt down about 1/8-inch when installed. You can flip them when not in use, but you have the option. Strangely they came with countersunk mounting screws and not the pan head screws shown in the product image. The product's material isn't malleable enough (and you wouldn't want it) to be flush mounted with a countersunk screw, at least without damaging the product or possibly breaking it, losing a star to OIVO.
