Works as expected! Valve cores appear to be of higher quality than stock valve cores. Stem caps look the same when installed as standard plastic caps (only slightly taller and thinner), but these aluminum caps tighten more. I'm not worried about them stripping or falling on the trail. worth your money. The main tool is plastic but seems solid. I've used it to remove and replace 4 cores with no stripping or other issues. Be sure to use the closed end, not the open end. It's an almost weightless freebie that could save your next trip. I had a core so clogged with latex sealant that the high pressure pump couldn't move it. This tiny set got me up and running in a minute or two. Would buy again!
