There have been other LEDs like this but they are literally three times brighter. I replaced all of my interior headlights and headlights on my 2006 Range Rover Sport with these and it makes a world of difference. That's great. This is the third LED I'm using for interior lighting and I'm happy now. I tried smaller ones but they just didn't have the light output I needed. I tried another one, I had additions very similar to these but they were more of a bluish pure white. It's pure white light, like daylight, I would say 5000k color temperature. The old bulbs which were similar were literally brighter giving the cabin more light than the other 2 combined. At night, puddle lights illuminate the ground and you can actually see what's going on around you. When you find that the lightbulb works, turn it so the pins are on opposite sides and you're done. These are directional lamps.
