Review on Teleduce by Kevin Harmon

The ability to have one platform for all of my sales, marketing, and customer service needs. I love that it allows me to manage everything from one place. It's very easy to use and navigate. I don't like how you can only do so much with it. You need to be able to customize your own templates to get the most out of it. If you are looking for a simple way to run your entire business, this is it. I have been using it for over a year now and haven't found anything I dislike about it yet. I am managing my entire team of sales people and marketing team through this software. I also use it as our main customer service tool. It has made my life easier!
