Fashionable and functional

I love these bracelets because they fit me and they're cute. I have a small wrist, about 6 inches in diameter, and these bracelets don't cut off circulation or slip too much. The hair band is trending and the price for these 2 packs is very cheap. The only thing that confuses me is that the material is difficult to clean.
