Review on Tech Connect by Knate Scarpelli

I like that they are always willing to solve any issues we have in our system! They also make it very easy when you need help or assistance from them (which i think is important).

The only thing about tech connect was if there were multiple companies working at once then sometimes things could get confusing but since its one person doing all of this work everything goes smoothly :) We did not really use their customer support because none ever came into contact wtih us so no problems here :D Their team has helped me install programs onto my computer using remote access several times now without issue!! Not much yet just started getting more business recently! If your looking for someone who will take care off what needs taking cared of by another vendor look somewhere else cause these guys rock. Nothing bad thus far. ! There seems nothing wrong right now other than maybe having some downtime during peak hours :( But thats ok though cuz people understand! Just keep asking around everyone wants great.
