Not 2-in-1, hole punch is useless

Essentially just a pair of pliers. The hole punch is useless, the hole punch has a rounded head and just punches through paper, and even that hole looks like you pierced the paper with a pencil. The instrument itself is well made. So think of it as a decent pair of pliers and nothing else. Considering it's not worth the price.
