I had one before but it was stolen by Airbnb when my son used the shared bathroom without locking the bedroom door. This one is about the same as the one it replaced. Hair does not pull, comb well. It's mild on the scalp but also good for stimulating it, which is nice. I have sensitive hair as it is naturally silvery and dry but this is very gentle. Love it. My adult son loves it too. He keeps taking it, so I'll get it too. I've only had one for about a week. If there are any problems, I will edit this review. Note. There's a warning about this under Proposition 64. I don't remember what it's for, but you can check if you want.
