I've had this chair for 3 days now. The seat you sit on is comfortable. The network is very pleasant. However, the lumbar support is too far forward and pushes my lower back forward in the chair, resulting in severe back pain. I turned the chair upside down and the lumbar support won't slide back. When the chair pushes me that far forward, the front edge of the seat hits the back of my thighs 4 inches below the knee, which is uncomfortable. Angle the chair and lock it - and it makes it so I can't work at my desk. I threw away (burned) the box and even if I didn't, the chair is too difficult to disassemble and return. I left a chair outside on my porch and called a friend with many family members and told them to come and get it. They arrived and the first person who sat in them immediately found it uncomfortable. Then another person sat in it and liked it - and claimed it for themselves. I don't know if this romance will continue, but I'm praying that SOMEONE will return the $200 I spent on this chair 3 days ago. kinda used, circa 1st April 2020. went to the bin, got the parts for my old chair and put it back together - much more comfortable than this Flash Furniture ergonomic chair. Surprisingly, I've never sat in a chair that hurt my back as badly as this new one did. For me it was a waste of $200. I will never buy an office chair again without sitting in it.
