This item was purchased for my wife because her old plastic broke. Mounting on the wall was easy and works great. The only complaint I can think of is that the little curling iron holders are short and plastic, they work and the straightener didn't melt them, but it would be nice if the plastic holder was removable. Additionally, this product works for what it was designed to do and is very durable and strong. I used longer screws and drywall anchors as I figured the screws provided were fairly short to support the weight of anything this item would hold during use.
