This chair lasted me 4 years. I use it at home as my main work station/computer chair. After the second year, the same plastics on the armrest have already started to wear out. It wore out so quickly that breaking the armrest scratched my hands. Then, in the third year, the seat cushion wasn't so comfortable anymore. The pillow was so bad that I had back problems so I bought another pillow to put on but it added height and wasn't as comfortable to sit on anymore. This could have been a great chair if the fabric and cushion didn't wear out so quickly. This is a very roomy chair. I ended up throwing the chair away after 4 years, but these chairs usually last 3-4 years.
