Like most NEW things, I struggled with my pillow the first night. I slapped and slapped twice and thrice trying to find my comfort zone. As I fell asleep and stopped struggling with my new pillow, I must have found that magical place of comfort. When I woke up, to my surprise, I was on my side, my head was right on the saddle, and I had no neck pain. I like soft pillows and the word "soft" attracted me. I love my new Coolux memory foam pillow.
