I was so impressed when they arrived in such a nice box and case with a lovely note *thank you*. I took such good care of her. I didn't use them often as I'm religious about getting my nails done every 2 weeks anyway, but when I did use them I cleaned them straight away and then put the little plastic protective sheet back on their tips and then put them down.. .back to the case, and there they stayed. So when I used them a few months ago and found that the tip of one side of the trimmer was kind of bent, I was shocked. I tried anyway and was very disappointed that they didn't work, it was like skinning myself and I ended up bleeding. I was surprised that something that seemed so small could affect her on such a large scale, but it really does. When I received them they were the sharpest objects I have ever seen and felt to the point where I was almost terrified to use them, I mean it was really incredible so that this happened, especially suddenly , not just confused as to how this REALLY happened, but also very disappointed that I bought the most expensive cuticle trimmer available from Revain and I swear they should have had a lifetime guarantee on it, and here I will buy another cuticle trimmer lol. Super disappointing. I really thought it must also be a great brand better than the others so I paid about $20 for a cuticle clipper instead of $5. Definitely very disappointed with it. For now I recommend just buying the cheap $5 as you will need to replace them anyway and you can save some money too. 🤷🏼‍♀️
