Good photo. Many settings are possible (with the remote control). I'm happy with that. Yes, the lack of a tripod mount is disappointing, but it's hard to see where it might go - the bottom of the device is occupied by the input jacks, and indeed the device is probably too heavy to hang from the rear bracket. (The included tripod mount holds it well.) I wanted to use it on a tripod so I cut wood the same size as the tripod's quick release plate, screwed it to a square of wood and screwed the included base onto it and it all works great together!
