This scale is mandatory. I am using it on a single axle trailer and need reliable readings. I've found that after the weight is applied to the weight, I have to wiggle the pendant's tongue from side to side to get a more accurate reading, in my opinion. Typically this is a difference in readings of 40 to 50 pounds (it was 100 pounds). You must be sure that your installation is stable and will not fall off the scales. By the way, who designs a product that falls apart if you don't get it right?
