
Very comfortable. I have a 28 inch bed and it takes up a lot of space on our king bed. My wife is in the guest room. But I'm not in the living room! My hips are supported by the knee protrusion. which is the easiest to climb into, leaving 20-25 cm between the pillow and the edge of the bed. Also, put it on the side of the bed where your "good" hand is. Kneel on the bed, wiggle your buttocks. bend forward and use your other leg to pull yourself toward the center of the plank. I also put pillows on either side of my buttocks to support my arms. If that sounds complicated, it isn't. It's a fantastic comfort when you can't sleep lying down.
