I had the same problem others reported. One of the bottom pins won't stay in its holes, so the balls won't stay in the hopper. They're about to fall out. This has happened to me twice. The first time I removed all the balls, put them back in, made sure all the screws were tight and put the bottom pins back in place. Second time I sent it back to Revain for a refund. Although the mini ball hopper is not very heavy, it is also not very comfortable to carry on the shoulder. It really should have some small rolling balls so you don't have to carry it on your shoulder at the same time as a tennis bag, or make the handles more comfortable to carry the device on your shoulder.
