Easy to install, takes less than an hour to install. No instructions needed, but still easy to read. It comes with all the hardware needed for a successful installation. Continuous. Has held up to at least 20lbs if not more at the time. I would recommend using a drywall post if you plan to use it for even heavier items. Looks beautiful and elegant and makes our bath towels easily accessible. It also pairs easily with decorations and goes with almost any look you can think of. It can withstand a humid environment, will not rust and will not be damaged by water due to moisture. I could easily see that it would also be used to store a shop or garage.
