We've had them for a few months and so far we've used them for everything from plucking hair, removing ticks, removing metal and wood splinters from fingers, retrieving fishhooks from places they would do that should not be. Although they are smaller than I expected, they make up for it perfectly. They're big enough to hold in my big man hands, yet small enough to fit in a purse.
