filter purchased on 06/08/20. And today (6/29/21) I changed the filter and I can't "exactly" turn and at the same time flow through the threaded socket. I called their customer service and was told it wasn't "service" but an error due to the filter not being "precisely" centered or improperly tightened. I tried listening to the recommendation to pour some vegetable oil into the o-ring (I checked) - by the way, this thin o-ring is still in good condition, but a cheap thin o-ring, then put it definitely a der filter. in the middle, aligned with the center hole, then replace the socket with the body, upside down on a flat surface (did, checked), and I keep getting a leak. I checked the threads and didn't see any dents or defects and the problem may be in the plane but really shouldn't be a problem. This is a design flaw and cheap production. Don't bother buying a replacement filter, it won't last long, toss it whole in the plastic recycler.
