So I wear this under my gown for shifts longer than 12 hours and during long ER shifts (13-24 hours). Well, the girls supported. I usually wear 38's. Sometimes I can sleep in it too, and the best part is I don't bite my bra strap when I take it off at the end of the day. I don't have any red spots. It's not sexy. It does make some unitites though, it's small and has great definition. The duct tape is rolling on me, maybe because I have ribs. Another good bra. The slide does not irritate or cause discomfort. I have no problem with cups rising during physical activity (walking down stairs, CPR, etc.). In the past I've had bralettes ride up and land on my chest, which is the opposite of useful. I keep coming back and buying more when they are on sale
