My 4 year old loves it! Disclaimer - She is careful with makeup and dislikes making a mess. When purchasing, please make sure you do not remove the clear plastic part of the "shaker" with the powder. If you do this you will have a huge mess. These plastic pieces are designed so that you can punch a hole with a toothpick or similar and make a tiny shaker to spill just a small amount of powder at a time. Charming and durable packaging and lipsticks are REAL. They look like plastic but they are so cute. It's not too bright either. Very happy!
