I originally ordered them but they got lost on the way so I got my money back. Customer service was fantastic and they contacted me to express their concern that my package was lost. They offered me a coupon for 20% off future orders and I was able to use it on a new set which I reordered after my old one was lost! They contacted me very quickly and all their replies to my messages were same day! Received my Klipit clippers today and used a small nail clipper. It seems sturdy and has worked great for trimming my nails so far. It comes with a small zippered pouch to store your clippers. Edited to add: I also got a little card with my Klipits about some free goodies and emailed them about it. They responded very quickly (about 10 minutes!) and sent me a free product! The Harperton brand's customer service is fantastic and I would definitely recommend supporting them!
