I have a beast foot. I typically wear a women's 12 or 13.or in a fit of desperation.a men's 10-12. It all depends on brand, heel, arch, etc. So since these were thick material, made in China, and an 11-12 I was ordering them on a whim and expecting to have to ship them back. Especially when I got then and realized that they had a small heel rim in the back and would hurt my foot if it was too small.Boy was I surprised when my toes just barely curled inside it. They are the best fitting slipper I've owned. Maybe a half size too small, but as I'm very been walking them for a few days and compressing the foam they are fitting better and better. I've only had them two days. I can only imagine how well they'll fit in a week.I would suggest wearing socks with them though, not only for the extra cushion, it also cuts down on foot sweat, and fur discoloration.All in all, great slipper, about a half size smaller than the smallest size shoe you typically buy but will spread put to fit that smallest size.
