Great tires that can refuel!

These tires are a HUGE upgrade from the Maxxis Rekon tires I had in the Rockies. These tires were light, soft and very fast, but they just weren't right for what I wanted to use my bike for. They struggled for traction here on loose, muddy trails when I pushed my bike and hopelessly spun when I threw a hammer. On the other hand, these are CLUTCH MACHINES. I climbed steep 17% grades covered in leaves, gravel and mud with little to no slipping. In fact, I've only managed to snap these tires when rolling over a dangling stick or a slippery, rotten log, and I doubt even the most aggressive tires could cope. They are also almost indestructible, and you can feel that. These tires are quite stiff and it seems that the pressure inside is much higher than it really is. They're heavy beasts too, but when you're on the track you don't really feel it. They are slow and have one of the highest rolling resistances of any MTB tire. But does this clutch pay off? TL; DR - If you want a monstrous, almost bulletproof tire set for mud, extremely loose soil, loam, relaxation in tough conditions and you don't want to sacrifice weight and rolling resistance, buy it now.
