Needs some practice

I got this oven in December and have been cooking €13 since then. Stuffed Turkey, Salmon Filet, 4 lbs. Chicken, Casserole with Toppings, Lemon Tart, Peanut Butter Cookies, Fajita Vegetables, Sliced Sweet Potatoes and Frozen Pizza. It took some trial and error but I think it will work fine for me. What I like best is its immaculate appearance and how easy it is to clean after use and then put away from your eyes. I love the fact that the timer notifies me when the cooking is done and I can watch the process myself through the clear plastic container. I like that no preheating is required and it doesn't heat up the kitchen. I love that I can pause and pause cooking to change the dish or add sauce or spices and then set a new cooking time or temperature. I even learned how to use it to heat up coffee or a cold dinner. It is important to keep the food the right distance from the heat source or to use aluminum foil to slow the browning process or to let the food steam. I think that's the keeper for me as I keep experimenting with it.
