Love using Zoho Recruit with teams: Wade & Wendy

I love getting feedback from my clients about their needs, how they want me to help them solve problems etc! The fact that it’s so easy for us as customers (and even our employees) to reach out across multiple channels at any time gives peace of mind especially during busy times when we don't always have immediate access to an agent!! Would like if there was some way you could share your current call load/waitlist info in one place - would be helpful both internally within the system too! Helping find staff members quickly who are available now or soon enough after booking through other systems can sometimes prove tricky. This allows all parties involved much greater certainty over availability which helps everyone plan ahead appropriately. The ability of this software to have conversations about resumes, cover letters, and interview questions. This can be helpful for many different things when it comes time to hire new employees for your business or organization. I like that there are so many features built into one platform. Sometimes you need to jump between apps in order to find what you're looking for. But overall, the product works great! We use this at my college as part of our Admissions team.

  • And also being able yo track calls made using google calendar along wwith email communication makes calling easier because i know its synced up correctly without confusing dates , timing ect.
