Love using Zoho Recruit with teams: Wade & Wendy

I love getting feedback from my clients about their needs, how they want me to help them solve problems etc! The fact that it’s so easy for us as customers (and even our employees) to reach out across multiple channels at any time gives peace of mind especially during busy times when we don't always have immediate access to an agent!! Would like if there was some way you could share your current call load/waitlist info in one place - would be helpful both internally within the system too…

Pros
  • And also being able yo track calls made using google calendar along wwith email communication makes calling easier because i know its synced up correctly without confusing dates , timing ect.
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Wade & Wendy - Great tool with multiple uses

I like that you can use this app in different ways, depending upon your level of expertise or experience within an organization. For example, it's possible for me as someone who has only had 1 job interview (and didn't get hired) to provide input into my next opportunity by using simple questions such as "What are some things they look at when considering candidates?" However, if i'm looking to be considered seriously then there needs to be much deeper analysis performed before even thinking…

Pros
  • It provides quick feedback regarding how likely people think other employees will give positive reviews/recommendations after meeting with them; giving insight not just towards their own performance but also others' performances too which is often overlooked..It helps highlight those potential blind spots we all have where our personal biases might lead us astray so allowing users more time / resources etc.to make better decisions
