Great idea, defective product in my case, seemingly difficult customer service

I love these glasses, just wish they would last more than a month without breaking. I bought two pairs - the first one broke due to a defect. Customer service is a bit difficult. I posted the emails below. As of noon on May 26th, I am still waiting for a response from you. I will add this letter shortly after receipt. Warning against tempters. If I get satisfaction from them in the form of a refund for the first pair, I will change my rating. If I have to jump through hoops or don't get satisfaction, I'll stick with one star. LOVE them, but the left arm detached from the metal bracket (and a small piece of metal broke too). the warranty that covers it. I bought another pair from Revain tonight. I have included both invoices for verification and will be happy to send you a defective pair as proof. Please let me know if you can refund me for the extra pair I should buy. Yes, the item has a manufacturing defect. It broke at the nose as I described in my first email. Happy to send it back. I prefer to send pictures as it seems like I'm paying money to send a defective product that falls apart after a month of brief use and I don't think that's right or fair. I think it's important to mention that I have a slim head and face and my bows have never been strained. I've never worn them on my head either - I've worn them on my goggle lacing. replace the defective one. I don't need a replacement from you, I need a refund for the broken one. In my first email I stated that I had already ordered a replacement. I will be posting my review along with this conversation on Revain.com so others can see what to expect if the product fails. Had the same problem and got a refund. I was hoping for the same experience. Many Thanks.
