great product. Someone stole my shackles from my truck and I wanted a good replacement. I stumbled upon this set and it really is great value for all you get. Most 20ft tow straps are $30, the locking pin is typically $20, and the shackles are around $20 for a set of two, so you're essentially getting a lot of bang for your buck. Like they're solid and the isolators and rubber washers are a really nice touch to prevent them from making a lot of noise when not in use. The receiver insert is very strong and you can rotate it to make the bracket horizontal or vertical. The clutch lock is excellent and feels very solid. I would recommend lubricating it once a year or so to keep it from sticking. The tow strap and bag are really good. I keep a life preserver, a few tools and extras in my bag and they fit nicely under the back seat of my Ram. I've only had the set for a few days but it appears to be of great value and will stand up to abuse/elements. I wish I could actually use them and the zip ties are just a deterrent. If someone needs them, they get them. I used a large crescent wrench and simply tightened the pins. I think it'll be enough to scare off the "they're good, I think I'll get 'em" kind of assholes.
