I was looking for an alternative to 'regular' athletic socks and saw in a youtube video that custom fitted socks are better for your feet as they allow your toes to stretch. They are much cheaper compared to well-known brands, so I decided to try them. For reference, I wear size 8 men's shoes so they fit exactly what I need. As for the fit, they fit pretty average - the material itself is very thin/light. It takes some getting used to wearing them. There is no compression ring around the arch of the foot. So if you are concerned about this, it is important to be aware of it. Use indoors as they are comfortable but I myself need thicker sport socks with arch support for running.
