I waited until I used this repair rack before rating it. It's made of steel and actually well built. A nice feature that demonstrates a certain thoughtfulness in design are the cutouts at the top and bottom. They are designed to hold the brake or shifter cable so they continue to function while the bike is secured. The biggest and only real downside to this repair stand is that it's pretty short. If he stretched another 6 inches that would be great. Would I buy it again if needed, yes.
