I don't think I have ever received something that was so well packaged. Not only was everything in its place and well protected but all of the parts were clearly identified. The manual was flawless and they even supply the tools for assembly. We have only used the rower for a few days but so far it is performing well above our expectations. Our neighbor purchased a rower that costs 6 times what this one did and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference. The only issue I have is probably caused by my boney butt but the raised area along the back edge of the seat presses the inseam of my pants against my tailbone and is uncomfortable. I'm sure an added pad will solve this. The rower is super smooth, very quiet and the resistance levels are noticeably different from one another. Really glad we chose this unit.
