Works great for storing my frozen food. (I assume they work well in the freezer.) Zippers are easy to work with. You seem pretty fat. Assuming my food would still look good after a month or so, I sold these bags. I've noticed that with other brands that don't have zippers, you can open them wider - like folding the sides of the bag in the opposite direction - and they stay open a little better, making it easier to stuff things into the bag. Pocket. The simplicity of the zipper and the knowledge that I've zipped it in correctly (sometimes I can't properly line up the rail with other types) justifies buying this type. Hope it made sense!
