Review on Enhanced TRIXIE Altea Cat Tree with 🐱 Pom Pom, Scratching Post, Cat Tower, Furniture, and Playground by Amanda Adams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best spent on a scratching post.

Oh my god, this is one of the best under $30 products I've spent my money on. I have a new kitten. So teaching her young to use clawed posts (or it will be your furniture) is very important. I've bought several cat apartments as I've always had a cat or two in my house. And yes, I've spent over a hundred on a few trees. The quality is no better than this. They are all thrown away because the rope breaks after about a year. Five, count them as five perfect scratching posts! in this very strong, rather tall but small-profile scratching post. None of my cats have ever used the condo portion of the tree, so I was glad she didn't have one. Worth every penny. Another review mentioned that the bottom bolts scratched its floors. Well, he must not have put them in correctly as the bottom is hollowed out to accommodate the depth of the washer and screw. Took me less than 10 minutes. Collect. I have brand new tile floors and they don't touch at all. If this one falls apart I plan to buy another one. Money well spent! To update. I still love this product. A few months later, the cat tore one of the posts. I decided to buy another one and the price went up to $12 so I changed my mind and decided to buy a rope and fix it. Made! Now I can keep it in the living room. My cat is very rough with him and yes he knocked him over when he hopped. But I like that it doesn't take up much space and looks good. The underside of the shelves and the perch are also covered. Good product. I will buy this brand again.
