When I first came across this product I said I would never spend that kind of money on anything to dry dishes. But then, after a long search, I decided to give it a try. It's almost perfect and works really well. The only thing I would like to change is that the spout that sends the water to the sink could be a little longer. This probably won't be a problem for most, but my sink has a double lip at the top and it only goes through the first lip so water drains off the second lip and around. It's not really a problem, I'd rather put it straight into the sink. It's worth the money, the design is well thought out down to the smallest detail and it works great. I love how the wine rack detaches, as I rarely drink wine I can just attach it as needed. If the manufacturer changed the design of the wine rack, it could easily accommodate other items, such as cutting boards. Manufacturer notice.
