They are HUGE! I was concerned about personalization, but it takes time; time I didn't have. EASY SELF PERSONALIZATION: (I'm far from a smart mom, by the way) ALL I FOUND was finding the font and typing in their names in the size I wanted. I bought some black fine point markers for about $3, put the paper in Santa's bag and circled their names. You don't have to press hard to see the print on the paper as the pouches are not flimsy. Only downfall, I couldn't help but figure out a way to fix a simple/minor tracing bug (I just circled the names thicker). "e') BUT I LOVE that the bag includes these North Pole themed pieces. We sent them back with our elves next year <3 Thank you so much for this great last minute Santa idea!
