I like that they have multiple options for billing, so you can choose what works best with your insurance plan or if there are any co-pays involved at all! They also give me an option to submit my claim online which is great because sometimes paperwork gets lost in transit between providers/insurance companies etc..

Sometimes its hard figuring out who pays first when bills get sent back & forth from different people (doctors, nurses). It would be helpful as far patient care goes too but we haven't had issues yet this year :) Great software overall especially since most of us work remotely now anyways haha keep up good service!! We've been using them over 2 years ago before going remote full time & still use their services very often including submitting claims via email instead of paper docs just bc thats how convenient everything has become these days.
