If I could give four and a half stars I would. There are a few minor things that I would deduct half a point for, but they are minor. Mostly bad documentation (see below). This is my first 3D printer so I was a little wary of ordering from a manufacturer I had never heard of. But I have to say that the printer is excellent. It arrived in a few days and I unpacked it and started it up about 30 minutes after it arrived at my door. It is almost fully assembled. The test print was done quickly, with little to no fuss. I had a problem; the y-axis began to stutter and falter. I thought it was the driver and the seller sent a replacement driver board kit - even after I found a spare cable and told them it worked fine. So there will be no problems with after-sales support. They contain several spare parts and tools. So if you bust a limit switch or need to replace the hot end, you're covered. I had to make some adjustments to the proximity sensor used to level the bed. The jet was too close to the bed, even though I set it lower than the instructions say. All it took was maybe 1/8 turn and now it aligns with the nozzle at the perfect height. I've been writing stuff for a few weeks now and really have no complaints. Can you do that in the firmware? May be. Who knows? There doesn't seem to be a proper guide for this. The documentation is frankly a bit disappointing. It's very schematic. If you're new to 3D printing like me, do your homework. They don't tell you what material the build surface is made of or that your PLA prints are almost impossible to remove until you let the build platform cool down. It would also be nice to see some sort of firmware update documentation - I'm sure they come up often. Mine, for example, requires there to be no more than four gcode files on the SD card - it won't show more even if you use the scroll arrows. Minor but annoying little bug and I don't see any updates on their site and certainly no documentation on what's safe to use, how to download or anything like that. So there is clear potential for improvement here. However, the printer itself does a great job and I am very happy with it.
