Very efficient. Worth the price considering I only have to buy it every few years.

I bought this 3.4 oz tube when I was in Israel in 2013. More than 4 years later I'm only now at the end of this original tube. I kept it in my office drawer for the days when the air is dry and my hands are cracking. As others have mentioned, it's a bit greasy, but it eventually gives way to silky smooth skin. I almost never have to use it more than once a day. Again, a little goes a long way. Rub it into the creases of your knuckles as thoroughly as you can - it helps a lot!
