I struggled to make these work
Following the advice of another reviewer, I was able to wear these inside of my socks. This is the only way I can take more than 3 steps with the heel cushions still in place.I bought these on the advice of my podiatrist. I have PF and it does not play well with my various standing and walking volunteer jobs. The first time I tried them on, I never made it out of the bedroom with them in place. I hate socks in the summer so I will resume wearing them in the fall.
