I ordered it for long time-lapse sessions (several days) rather than running out of batteries over and over again switch. When connected, everything works fine at first. Strangely, after a few hours, the camera's power meter shows that the performance is declining, as if the "battery" is running low. As a result, the camera stops recording and the total operating time is the same as with the battery (even slightly less). Tried this multiple times, on two different DSLRs (D7200 and D850) and in two different locations (so it's not a power outlet or LAN issue) - same result. Very disappointing.
