I bought this cable to replace a damaged stock cable on my Sennheiser x Massdrop HD6XX headphones. My first impression is that it's what I expected when I bought a replacement. I didn't try to buy an upgrade, so I'm not looking for anything special. The cables themselves are slightly thinner than the stock ones. The plug itself seems about the same quality, slightly thinner as well. Everything being thinner, it's a more flexible cord, which I guess is nice. The sound quality seems exactly the same. Blasted some Daniel Caesar, some Vivaldi, a little Yung Lean, and they passed the day 1 vibe check. The added 6.3mm plug is cool. Personally though, unless I make a new friend who has a recording studio with no headphones, or unless I get into creating music, I may never use it. If anything happens to this cable in the next year to change my opinion, I WILL update this review.
