I have a 35lb blue heel and it fits her PERFECTLY! I love it so much especially the fact that it has a ring in the front and one in the back. It is very comfortable on it and hugs the neck without gaps. I bought her so that people wouldn't come up to her in public without warning to pet her because she growls at people who approach her quickly or who she just doesn't like (laughs). Plus, it just looks cool when her harness basically tells people she's working and leaves them alone. I just adopted her and she is very shy and insecure around people and other dogs. It will be perfect when I take her on our long walks. It's even comfortable to sleep in.
