I like that they have several different methods for you to choose from when it comes time to pay your invoices, including e-mailing them directly or sending payment via PayPal (or even through Square). They also offer many other services such as accounting software integration with QuickBooks Online! There are some things about their system we dislike but nothing so far has been enough of an issue where i would switch providers; if there was something in particular missing then sure -- why not? It's great having multiple options available at once rather than just one way which is what most companies do now days. We've used both online invoice systems/companies plus traditional mail method by paying our bills ourselves using bank checks & cashier cheques instead going thru this process again each month since switching over 3 years ago!!
