I never write reviews. Go with a different brand. I thought I could trust the Moen name. Worst quality screws I have ever used. I read the installation instructions and did everything they recommended. The screws came loose like cake frosting. I had to use my dremel to cut a groove to get them out. This wasn't easy as as I said I was dealing with cake frosting screws - luckily I had some screws of the same size and I installed the support bar but then the decorative part covering the area with the screws failed to attach In place - and I had to glue super. How could something as simple as handrails get messed up so easily?
