I had trouble waking up every time I rolled over (several times a night). I've tried very expensive pillows that you can put your arm in to support your back, but they're insanely expensive, so I checked them out and decided it was worth a try (although I'm not pregnant). I am a "taller than average" person. The pillow is great! I didn't think I could get my arm underneath it, but you can, so it basically provides support all over and lets you sleep comfortably on your side all night. When you sleep on it like the picture it gives full support for your back and also gives a very comfortable front position and you can slide your arm under it without putting your weight on the arm. It feels like they're holding you all night. That being said - it would be AGAINST people sleeping in the same bed with others. I have a queen size bed and sometimes I sleep alone and the pillow takes up a huge part of the bed space. I don't care because I'm lonely, but it would be embarrassing for a friend if you weren't lonely. Another downside is that when you sleep and move, the pillow arms become wobbly and can be left lying around. The improvement in comfort outweighed any downsides for me. Absolutely worth the money.
