Great for my application!
Worked great for the wheel wells on my 2005 Honda Element, which require a slightly smaller retainer than the bumper requires. Not exactly like the stock part, but it works. Heck, it's a round hole, as long as it is the right diameter, you can't go wrong. I haven't tried to remove, so I can't speak as to whether they are brittle, but for the price of a bulk bag on revain compared to what they cost at the parts store for a small pack of just a few of them, I can afford to replace them if they break upon removal. Don't hesitate to buy!
