*Edit* Support was very quick to respond to the issue and refunded my money for the defective product. When it worked it was great, I just wish it would work longer. I love it when a company is willing to admit a product's flaws. Original rating. For almost $20, I expected it to last more than a month and a half. As soon as I opened it I noticed that the USB port was damaged, but the main reason I bought it was because it was an HDMI port, so that didn't bother me. HDMI worked fine for about a month, then it didn't recognize my computer, which was problematic for a teacher trying to share a lesson.
